How do I return my order?

We understand that you may change your mind, so you can return your full order to us within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.

There will be a collection charge of the re-delivery back to our warehouse, which varies depending on your postcode and weight. We will notify you of this in advance. You can of course arrange your own delivery back to our warehouse.

Please note:

  • We can only accept returns on your full order
  • All goods must be undamaged and in their original, unopened packaging
  • The cost of any damaged or missing tiles will be deducted from your refund
  • Goods must be securely wrapped to a pallet to ensure a secure delivery

We will process your refund once the goods have been received back into our warehouse, less the collection charge. This can take up to 7 working days to reach your account.
